Family Preservation Specialist
Full‑time, salaried position at JusticeWorks YouthCare. Work with families in Hamilton County, Ohio to support reunification and create safe, stable environments.
**Schedule**: Full‑time with some evenings and weekend work. **Location**: Hamilton County, OH. **Pay Range**: $36,000–$42,000 per year.
About the Role In this role you will provide hands‑on case management, parenting education, and family support services. You will collaborate with social workers, psychologists, educators and other professionals to ensure the safety and well‑being of children.
Responsibilities
Partner with JFS to support family reunification efforts
Provide case management services and parenting education/classes
Promote inclusive, strengths‑based teamwork with families and community partners
Support parents in developing skills to safely care for their children
Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and meet program and compliance standards
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or high school diploma plus one year of experience working with youth and families
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
Ability to pass all required background clearances
Ability to pass pre‑employment, post‑offer drug screening
Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
