Job Title: Dealer Sales Customer Support

Location: Tucker, Georgia

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Dealer Sales Customer Support representative to join our team. This role combines administrative support, customer service, logistics and marketing responsibilities to ensure our dealer partners receive top‑notch service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy and casual hands‑on environment that includes both warehouse and office activities. Our Tucker Georgia offices are located adjacent to our materials warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of order administration, including typing orders, processing sample orders, add‑on orders, returns, and handling damaged shipments.

Field communications to and from our dealers with a positive, service‑oriented attitude.

Maintain a high level of responsiveness and willingness to assist dealers in all inquiries.

Report directly to our Warehouse Manager providing updates and feedback as needed; keep in daily communication with our Dealer manager.

Oversee all communication and logistics to ensure timely movement of materials to dealer locations.

Pulling, packing and shipping samples.

Assist in planning and executing quarterly marketing packets.

Participate in creating sample chip kits for promotional purposes.

Prepare for marketing events such as coverings or similar promotional events.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive attitude with willingness to do whatever it takes to support dealer partners.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in customer service or sales support is preferred.

Hands‑on approach and the ability to work in an office setting convenient to our materials warehouse.
