Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a successful Injury law firm that has over 300 5-star reviews on Google, providinglegal representation to clientsacross 40 +cities throughout California, and a staff of 40+ employees. We are in search of an experienced Personal Injury Pre-LitigationAttorney to grow the department. You will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake through final settlement, ensuring comprehensive handling and optimal client outcomes. Independently manage a full caseload of pre-litigation matters, focusing on evidence gathering and initial demand preparation. Critically assess liability, analyze damages, and evaluate client treatment plans for strategic case positioning. Draft and meticulously review compelling demand packages to effectively articulate client claims. Lead negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to secure favorable client settlements. Provide consistent, clear communication to clients regarding case progress and legal strategies. Work seamlessly with a support team (case managers, demand writers, lien negotiators) to ensure efficient case progression.
QUALIFICATIONS Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing 4 - 6 years of personal injury experience Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with legal CRMs Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary Compensation : $150,000 - $190,000 +Attorney Fee Structure Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Days : You’ll receive 10 paid days off annually Continuing Legal Education (CLE) reimbursement and professional development support 401K Plan Paid Federal Holidays We provide full coverage for health, vision, and dental insurance.
