Senior Attorney

Overview Small Business Litigation Law firm in Newport Beach is looking for an associate attorney with a solid 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. Specific duties include drafting pleadings, motions and oppositions, propounding and responding to discovery, ADR, depositions, and some trial experience. Business litigation experience is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions and oppositions

Propound and respond to discovery

Conduct ADR and depositions

Participate in trial preparation and some trial work

Qualifications

2-5 years of civil litigation experience

Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and oppositions

Experience with discovery, ADR, depositions, and trial

Business litigation experience is a definite plus

Licensed in the California Bar
