Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side Discovery Focus)
Location: New York Metropolitan Area – On-site
A plaintiff-focused litigation practice in the New York Metro area is seeking an experienced attorney with strong experience in
personal injury discovery work , including drafting Bills of Particulars, responding to and serving demands, preparing objections, coordinating document production, and handling discovery-related motion practice.
Responsibilities
Support case progression from RJI through Note of Issue with close collaboration with attorneys and discovery staff.
Draft discovery documents, including Bills of Particulars and objections.
Respond to and serve demands and coordinate document production.
Prepare and argue discovery-related motions.
Maintain procedural accuracy and written advocacy while working in a role centered on discovery drafting.
Qualifications
5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
Strong background in discovery drafting and objections.
Proficiency with discovery motions, demands, and document production.
Comfortable working full-time on-site in the NY Metro area.
