Base pay range $100,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Job Details Salary $100,000 – $150,000 per year

Location: Chesapeake, VA (hybrid flexibility for experienced attorneys)

What You’ll Do

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court

Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish

What We’re Looking For Required

Licensed to practice law in Virginia (or eligible for reciprocity)

Fluency in Spanish and English

Minimum 6 months of experience as an Associate Attorney

Preferred

Background in plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense

Experience in civil litigation, criminal defense, or family law
