About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated
Intake Concierge Attorneys
with an
active California Bar license
to join our San Diego and Temecula offices. These are full‑time, in‑person roles. Fluency in Spanish and a general knowledge of family law is preferred but not required.
This role includes a competitive base salary plus a
lucrative performance‑based bonus structure
tied to new client acquisition. High performers can earn bonuses of up to
50% of base salary . Bonuses are
earned frequently, calculated bi‑weekly, and paid through payroll . While not guaranteed, bonuses are highly achievable for driven candidates.

What You’ll Do
Conduct phone and in‑person consultations on demand, build rapport, and convert qualified leads into clients.
Identify issues, assess case fit, match clients with the appropriate litigator, and clearly explain retainers and next steps. Deliver exceptional service, ensuring that even non‑retained clients leave with a sense of value and clarity.
Strategically pair clients with litigators best suited to their needs based on case complexity and budget.
Oversee onboarding, including setting up new clients in our software systems, ensuring smooth transition to the litigation team.
Perform other duties as assigned by managers or partners.

Sales experience with strong closing skills
