Responsibilities
Recruitment and Outreach: Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies across domestic and international markets. Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance management for Graduate Recruitment Managers and recruiting staff to achieve enrollment targets while maintaining high standards for candidate quality and experience.
Events and Engagement: Provide leadership oversight for major recruitment and yield initiatives, including Open Houses, Information Sessions, Admitted Student programs, and targeted yield campaigns. Ensure consistent execution, strong candidate engagement, and alignment with enrollment priorities.
Enrollment Funnel and CRM Management: Serve as the recruiting unit’s subject‑matter expert for the graduate CRM and application ecosystem. Oversee end‑to‑end funnel management from prospect through enrollment, including communication strategy, event workflows, data integrity, yield analysis, and reporting. Lead the adoption and optimization of recruitment technologies to improve efficiency and conversion.
Admissions Committee and Evaluation: Apply advanced professional judgment and program knowledge to holistic application review and admissions decision‑making. Lead or support admissions committee processes and scholarship recommendations in alignment with academic standards and enrollment goals.
Leadership and Strategic Planning: Partner with college leadership on enrollment planning, market analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Remain current on best practices in graduate recruitment and admissions and lead data‑informed approaches across the portfolio.
Operational Support and Collaboration: Contribute to budgeting, resource planning, and operational decision‑making. Collaborate closely with marketing, academic units, student services, and university partners to ensure integrated recruitment and enrollment efforts.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
Preferred Hiring Qualifications
Significant progressively responsible experience in graduate recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, including demonstrated supervisory experience, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
Demonstrated expertise in graduate recruitment strategy, admissions, and enrollment funnel management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and engage senior stakeholders.
Advanced experience with CRM systems and data‑driven decision‑making in an enrollment context.
Proven ability to manage complexity, exercise independent judgment, and lead initiatives with significant institutional impact.
Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed and travel regionally, nationally, and internationally.
