What You’ll Do Excellent opportunity to join a mission‑driven team supporting NAVAIR’s Airborne Strategic Command, Control, and Communications Program Office (PMA‑271). As the Technical Program Analyst, you will play a key role in the development, integration, and certification of a new Top‑Secret collateral network across multiple DoD facilities and industry partners. This is a unique opportunity to combine program management support, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement in support of one of the Navy’s most critical programs.

Key Responsibilities

Providing program, project, and technical management support for the development of a new Top‑Secret (TS) network.

Generating, analysing, and validating technical requirements to ensure successful system integration across facilities.

Leading weekly team meetings, industry partner status calls, and coordinating with the DAiTA Group and DNA Department.

Working with Site Systems Security Offices and NAVAIR Cyber to define physical and network connection requirements and support TS infrastructure certification and Authority to Operate (ATO) approval.

Partnering with functional leads to gather inputs for Digital Transformation briefs to leadership.

Assisting with TSI risk management activities.

Supporting Configuration Control Board meetings and governance processes for the TS network.

Collaborating with DNA to manage TS account creation, onboarding, and off‑boarding within the SNAP helpdesk system.

Monitoring and reporting site‑level TS infrastructure installation progress and ATO status.

Facilitating meetings, capturing minutes, tracking schedules, and supporting engineering risk management processes.

Reviewing documentation and technical artifacts required for establishing TS network connections.

Supporting or participating in technical interchange meetings, site planning activities, Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of program or technical project support experience, preferably within a DoD environment.

Experience supporting network infrastructure projects, system integration efforts, or classified network environments.

Working knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements, including RMF, ATO processes, and coordination with Cyber/Security offices.

Familiarity with configuration management practices, governance boards, and change control processes.

Understanding of systems engineering principles, technical documentation, and milestone reviews (e.g., SETRs, PMRs, TIMs).

Experience interpreting technical requirements and coordinating with engineering teams, security offices, and external partners.

Ability to track and manage technical schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms to support documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s (or associate’s) degree is preferred.

Security Clearance Requirements

U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary Range

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $95,000 – $115,000, commensurate with an individual’s experience, qualifications, and skill set.
