Location:

612 East Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011. Primarily remote; must live in Texas or be willing to relocate.

Work Hours:

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours).

Here’s What You Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, clinical discipline, or related field (Preferred).

7 years of relevant work experience without a degree (Required); OR 5 years with an Associate’s degree (Required); OR 3 years with a Bachelor’s degree (Required).

Acute Care clinical experience strongly preferred; extensive knowledge and/or support of acute care clinical workflows can be considered in place of acute care experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Data analysis experience using native Epic analytics tools (Slicer Dicer, Workbench, Dashboards, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), and AI features (e.g., CoPilot) (Preferred).

Engagement with and presentation to various clinical SME groups (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, allied health professions, service lines, subcommittees, clinical workgroups, etc.) (Preferred).

Epic Certification or Proficiency (Required); Epic certifications highly preferred.

Familiarity with Epic modules: Orders, ClinDoc, OpTime, Anesthesia, ED, ASAP, Willow.

What You Will Do

Design, build, test, implement, and maintain applications and related information technologies, serving as a build mentor to other team ASAs.

Consult on integrating information technologies into clinical and business processes, applying industry and organizational standards.

Build applications to meet user requirements for new and optimized workflows.

Communicate with customers, project teams, and vendors to analyze and design business and clinical requirements, ensuring secure and stable architectures.

Diagnose failures in application software and related technologies; participate in problem resolution.

Perform quality control of application implementations and enhancements before release and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

Maintain awareness of vendor and industry developments, communicating relevant items and activities.
