We have a direct and positive impact on the real estate, design, construction and maintenance of our stores, distribution centersProperties teams and help us make the most of Target’s physical footprint both in the U.S. and overseas.As a**Sr. Specialist Building Operations**, you’re responsible for dock operations including communication to appropriate partners as well as performing and scheduling dock equipment maintenance of the headquarters properties as directed, including HVAC and lighting systems, door hardware, compactors, balers, dock levelers and the building management system. Responsibilities also include responding to work order requests by utilizing a robust work order system and teamwork on other special projects as directed. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.**About You:*** High school graduate or equivalent.* Experience in or the ability to learn the building maintenance field (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building systems).* Skilled in the operation of hand and power tools.* Must have a valid driver’s license.
