The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.As a **Bindery Operator**, you will…* Play a crucial role in the finishing of printed marketing, promotional, and other essential materials that drive store success.* Efficiently set up jobs and meticulously follow ticket instructions to ensure timely and accurate completion.* Uphold and exceed all quality standards while strictly adhering to operational, safety, and quality procedures.* Accurately enter production data into our Monarch data collection system.* Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.* Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs as necessary.* Perform corrective maintenance promptly to minimize machine downtime. Partner with maintenance technicians or external vendors for significant repairs.* Provide training to team members as requested by the supervisor.* Collaborate with leaders to provide valuable feedback for upstream production improvements.* Act as a key partner with the planning team to ensure job setups are optimized for efficiency and quality.* Work cross-functionally and assist in other work areas as needed to support business needs.Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.
