Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities
Own preventive maintenance across production assets to reduce unplanned downtime.
Triage and resolve faults, including safe live‑panel troubleshooting on 120/208/240/480 V systems.
Drive continuous improvement: Kaizens, lean projects, and maintenance KPI attainment.
Support diverse processes: thermal forming, adhesive and molding, isocyanate foam, high‑pressure water cutting, and assembly.
Operate PITs, aerial lifts, and cranes in accordance with safety procedures.
Program/edit PLC/HMI platforms: A‑B SLC‑500, ControlLogix, PanelView, PanelView Plus.
Qualifications
3+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role and 3+ years supporting automated machinery.
Solid mechanical skill set; ability to interpret machine drawings and electrical/control schematics.
Comfort using machining tools, powered hand tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
Flexibility to work overtime and any production shift; overtime beyond 40 hours/week is essential.
Nice‑to‑haves: robotics (Fanuc, Motoman, ABB), electrical journeyman card, TPM experience, and vision systems (Keyence, Cognex, Banner).
