We are currently seeking an

on-site

Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. This role involves coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties: Project Planning & Scheduling

Defines scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.

Develops comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Obtains all necessary regulations and permits.

Collaborates with architects, engineers, and other trades and ensures ongoing communication between all parties involved.

Prepares RFPs and solicits proposals.

Leads and manages project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.

Coordinates and facilitates project kick off and weekly job meetings.

Conducts regularly scheduled meetings, review logs of deficiencies, punch list, etc., and provides documentation and meeting minutes.

Participates in trade pre-installation meetings to verify that each trade has an understanding of the project’s requirements before beginning work on‑site.

Manages communication of expectations for project goals to all internal and external personnel and documents actual results.

Tracks project milestones and tasks and reports to management.

Ensures all documents, completion photos, and cost trackers are timely and accurate.

Budget & Cost Control

Estimates costs and prepares detailed budgets.

Prepares accurate and timely budget projections to meet the needs of the project without exceeding budgetary restraints.

Monitors expenses and implements cost‑saving measures.

Approves invoices and manages financial reporting.

Compliance & Safety

Ensures all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safe precautions are followed.

Conducts regular site inspections and risk assessments.

Implements corrective actions when necessary.

Quality Assurance

Writes and submits testing and inspection logs, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.

Maintains high standards of workmanship and materials.

Reviews and approves design changes and specifications.

Works closely with subcontractors and employees on job sites and confirms quality and timeliness of work.

Resolves technical issues promptly.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Serves as the primary point of contact for clients.

Provides regular updates and progress reports.

Addresses concerns and manages expectations effectively.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepares status reports for senior management.

Ensures proper close‑out procedures and handover.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

5+ years’ experience with large‑scale commercial and/or residential construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications including identification of errors or redundancies for resolution by others.

Proficiency in project management software.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic fast‑paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
