Construction Project Manager | NYCHA and Affordable Housing
Base pay range:
$150,000.00/yr – $200,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types:
Annual Bonus and Sign‑on bonus

Responsibilities
Lead the project team from Pre‑Construction through Final Close‑Out
Organize and manage the project to ensure safe, timely, quality, and profitable completion
Interpret and review designs, architectural drawings, and building specifications for appropriate constructability
Interface with Client, Architect, Owner Representative, Consultants, Agency & Funding Source Representatives
Maintain neighbor and community relations
Maintain thorough understanding of company and Owner Contract agreements and deliverables
Review and manage subcontracts, bid documents, and proposals
Write subcontractor scopes of work for all trades
Verify and approve issuance of change orders and contractor invoices for payment
Verify and approve all vendor invoices
Complete all punch list items
Manage all project documentation
Control project budget
Create, maintain and execute the project schedule
Lead and organize MEP coordination process
Maintain client satisfaction and alignment to client standards
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent written and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient reading of architectural plans and specifications
Proactive with strong problem‑solving skills
Professional with all trades, architects, and clients
Effective issue resolution in a timely manner
AutoCAD experience preferred
Procore experience preferred
Experience in construction planning and management: estimating, bidding, purchase orders, subcontracts, scheduling, cost control
Ability to prepare and submit technical and cost proposals
Strong people skills with Owner, Financing, and Design teams
Maintain relationships with Subcontractors and Consultants on and off the job site
Active participant of the culture
Minimum 5 years in the construction industry
