The Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic is a full-time, year‑round position at Boyne Mountain Resort. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and repair on the fleet. Assist with ordering, inventory, parts, and supplies for the repair facility and fleet. Work individually and in teams to accomplish required tasks. Utilize an accessible library of service manuals, parts catalogs, and other reference aids associated with the repair facility. Maintain a comprehensive record system to track service, repair, and other needs for each vehicle. Keep the work environment clean, safe, and organized. Provide personal tools. Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of automotive experience or professional training. Knowledge of all automotive systems, including engine, transmission, axle, brake, and electronics. High school diploma or GED. State or other certifications are highly recommended. Valid driver’s license. Fabrication skills are a bonus.
