Our is hiring a
Lead Superintendent
to oversee field operations on
large-scale mission critical data center
projects in West Texas. This role will lead on-site execution for full-campus developments, managing multiple buildings and supporting Superintendent teams as projects progress. The ideal candidate is firm but fair, highly organized, and experienced in leading complex mission critical builds with long-term continuity in mind. Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities for mission critical data center projects Manage and mentor Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent teams Coordinate daily field operations, sequencing, and logistics across multiple buildings Enforce safety standards, quality control, and schedule adherence Collaborate closely with Project Managers operating on-site Maintain strong subcontractor relationships and accountability Serve as the primary on-site leader representing company standards and culture Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum
5+ years of mission critical/data center experience Prior experience as a
Lead Superintendent
on large-scale projects Strong track record of safety leadership and field execution Demonstrated career stability Leadership style that is stern, fair, and respectful Annual bonus program (based on business unit profitability) Vehicle allowance Gas card 401(k) Employee-owned company Relocation & Travel
Preference for candidates currently based in West Texas Relocation assistance available (moving costs and initial housing support) Travel packages considered for qualified candidates outside the region Seniority level
