Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Design and manage land development projects, including subdivisions, site layouts, utilities, and drainage systems.
Prepare and review civil plans, specifications, and reports.
Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering.
PE license preferred or EIT/EI on track to PE.
Experience in civil site/land development projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
