Base pay range $105,800.00/yr – $155,500.00/yr

Responsibilities Support our business development team to position for munitions response, HTRW and RCWM work by developing technical approaches and strategies using industry knowledge, technical and management experience, relationships, and understanding of the market and our clients. Grow your career while interacting with key clients and increasing competitiveness and market share. Mentor and nurture junior technical experts and project managers delivering the work. Contribute to the development of corporate‑wide policies and procedures and implement them in sales and operations. Collaborate on strategies for execution of the Scope of Work contained in Stand‑alone Contracts and individual Task Orders, development of proposal responses including technical approach development and pricing, and assignment of key personnel. Manage complex munitions response, HTRW and RCWM projects. Design and navigate strategy across multiple projects to help the team understand the clients’ goals. Apply state‑of‑the‑art investigative techniques and remediation technologies to solve toughest environmental challenges together.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental science, geology or other related technical degree

Experience in Munitions Response and HTRW investigation and remediation with emphasis on positioning for, bidding and winning firm‑fixed‑price (FFP) projects, field operations and project management

5+ years’ experience bidding and managing munitions response, HTRW and RCWM projects

Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desired)

Experience working with key USACE Military Munitions Design Centers and Districts (desired)

Experience in cost estimating munitions response, HTRW and/or RCWM projects (desired)

Knowledge and experience in RCWM investigational and remedial/response actions, regulations, policies, and requirements (desired)
