Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
The Construction Superintendent - Healthcare AHCA will oversee all aspects of construction projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role requires expertise in managing teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety protocols on-site.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on healthcare construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.

Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Manage materials, equipment, and resources to maintain project efficiency and budget adherence.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and specifications are being met.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and any incidents on‑site.
Report updates to senior management and stakeholders as required.

Qualifications A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
10+ years of construction management experience as a superintendent.
