Base pay range $148,500.00/yr - $181,500.00/yr
The Affordable Housing Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction projects in the building and construction industry, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion. Description
Manage and supervise all on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
Oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standard of work is maintained throughout the project.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Foster a productive and collaborative work environment among construction teams.
