Qualifications
Proven expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
Experience with Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Proficiency with construction management software and tools
Familiarity with safety regulations and local building codes
