Position Summary:

Manage project teams, oversee discipline‑specific design work, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Produce high‑quality technical deliverables and coordinate with internal and external partners. Requires expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage project teams to complete projects on time and within budget.

Prepare deliverable documents including narratives, calculations, drawings, and specifications.

Attend client meetings and coordinate efforts between external and internal project teams.

Apply engineering judgment, techniques, and procedures from concepts through construction.

Design mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, energy modeling).

Assemble effective project teams and develop work plans, tasks, and assignments.

Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and adherence to building codes and industry standards.

Oversee engineering calculations and equipment selection.

Conduct site visits and issue reports.

Provide training, guidance, and mentorship for staff.

Update master specifications and standards, and improve company processes.

Develop client relationships and oversee the project quality management plan.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Relevant professional credential (e.g., PE).

2‑4 years lead mechanical experience or 5‑10 years related experience.

Experience in a leadership role and ability to inspire and motivate staff.

Technical resource for the company with advanced understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.

Strong delegation, attention to detail, and advanced organizational skills.

Proficient with Revit/AutoCAD.

Microsoft Office Suite.

Hiring Base Salary Range: $113,500–$149,100 annual (eligible for time‑and‑a‑half overtime pay).
