Base pay range $21.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Overview We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Production Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll support daily production, packaging, and material‑handling activities while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Schedule Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:45pm
Wages $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all company SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA safety standards.
Operate production and packaging equipment, scales, forklifts, and hand jacks (training provided).
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
Inspect containers, labels, and date codes for accuracy and consistency.
Set up, adjust, and clean equipment according to SOPs and food safety guidelines.
Maintain clean, organized, and audit‑ready work areas.
Report equipment, process, or quality issues to the supervisor or lead.
Support training, sanitation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and consistently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Fast‑paced, team‑oriented food production setting.
Temperature and humidity may vary based on product and process.
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and handling raw food ingredients.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing or packaging preferred (training provided).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, organized, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Basic math, computer, and measurement abilities.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
