Provide responsible repair and installation services to our customers in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain and have readily available to perform installation and repair services the necessary tools of the trade. Maintain proper inventory levels. Attend all required training, including Hiossen training and specific manufacturer technical training. Comply with all OSHA regulations as outlined in the OSHA manual and training. Utilize personal protective equipment when needed. Communicate in a timely manner to all Team Members and dispatchers, keeping all informed of progress of assignments. Complete all work orders in a timely manner. Review each work order with the customer or a responsible staff member prior to departure, including time in office, work performed, parts replaced, and parts to be ordered. Close all work orders daily and submit for billing. Submit all job‑related paperwork within the required time frames, including FDA Forms, expense reports, and any other required paperwork. Comply with all terms of the Fleet Management Policy, including maintenance and accident management policies. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required. Travel within the US at least once a month to provide equipment installation/repair services. REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of equipment and customer service background. Strong customer interpersonal skills. High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Technical School Certification is desirable. Ability to comply with company uniform and dress policy and complete all work-related tasks utilizing a company-provided laptop. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems; basic computer skills. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. BENEFITS
