Responsibilities
Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
Well‑rounded in all aspects of ceramics.
Good understanding of aesthetics and occlusion.
Maintain clean work area and equipment.
All other duties as assigned.
Receive and register the order on ERP system.
Contact the customer if the order or account have issue.
Support the customer about digital product.
Polishing and cleaning the product.
Required Skills and Experiences
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) and three to five years related experience in the fabrication of crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with E‑Max, Zirconia, PFZ, PFM, PFG, etc. is required.
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) is preferred.
Language Skills
The ability to read, write, understand and communicate clearly with employees, customers, and within Hiossen in order to successfully and effectively complete assigned tasks.
