About The Role We are seeking a Professional Landscape Architect to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. This role offers the opportunity to shape outdoor environments for commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects, blending creativity with functionality to deliver sustainable and visually stunning landscapes.
What You’ll Do
Lead the design and development of landscape architecture plans for diverse projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners to create integrated site solutions.
Prepare conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and construction documents.
Select plant materials, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems that align with project goals and sustainability standards.
Conduct site analysis, grading plans, and stormwater management coordination.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews.
Stay informed on local codes, environmental regulations, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
Professional licensure (PLA) or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
3+ years of experience in landscape design for commercial or mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design visualization tools (SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and native plant selection.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
