Job Title
CNC Machinist (First Shift) Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines, milling machines, and end mills to produce parts primarily out of aluminum and titanium. Take precise measurements using gauges, calipers, indicators, and micrometers to ensure accurate setup. Maintain specifications by observing drilling and cutting, troubleshooting malfunctions, adjusting controls, and replacing worn tools in accordance with quality assurance procedures. Set up and troubleshoot 5‑axis machines for large complex parts. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Certification from an accredited technical college is a plus. Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible milling experience; aerospace industry experience is a plus. Basic math and geometry knowledge with elementary engineering principles. Ability to read blueprints, follow work orders, and accept verbal instructions. Recent experience with Fanuc and Siemens controls. Pay Range
