Payroll Support Coordinator

Position Overview:
We’re partnering with a leading U.S. manufacturer in the marine and industrial products industry to hire a Payroll Support Coordinator for their Ashland City, TN facility. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing organization that plays a key role in supporting U.S. inland waterway transportation.
Responsibilities
Review, update, and audit employee timecards
Maintain accurate records for exemptions, deductions, and paid time off
Process job transfers and historical edits within payroll systems
Provide and verify hours for contractor agencies
Reconcile payroll registers and ensure accuracy in workforce management tools
Generate daily/weekly reporting for plant and HR leadership
Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with UKG Workforce Management or similar payroll/timekeeping software
3+ years of payroll or related administrative experience preferred
High school diploma required; associate degree in Accounting or related field a plus
Salary $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr
