Hybrid Program Manager: Mentor Recruitment & Oversight

A community service organization in Claremont seeks a Program Manager to oversee Mentors in supporting families of individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel regionally. After initial training, the position allows for hybrid work. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though extensive experience may substitute for education.
