FT STAFFING COORDINATOR (Nursing Scheduler)
River Point Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., is hiring a full‑time Staffing Coordinator (Nursing Scheduler). The facility is an 80‑bed adolescent and adult Baker Act receiving center located in Jacksonville, FL.
Compensation:
$2,896.67 – $2,976.02 per month.
Responsibilities
Schedule and staff Nursing Services, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
Create monthly and daily schedules for Nursing staff, including nurses and mental health associates.
Perform clerical duties for the Director of Nursing.
Serve as a Mental Health Associate on a unit as needed, providing direct care and ensuring patient safety and well‑being.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelor’s in psychology (preferred).
Minimum one year of health‑care experience (preferred).
Minimum one year of staffing coordinator experience with staff scheduling (preferred).
Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
Experience in a psychiatric hospital as a Mental Health Tech with children, adolescents, or adults (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (preferred).
