Partify
As an Inventory Manager, you will own the accuracy, flow, and availability of inventory across the organization. You will work cross functionally with operations, procurement, finance, and sales to ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. This role is highly operational, data driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
Own end to end inventory management across warehouses and storage locations
Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system controls
Forecast inventory needs based on demand, lead times, and production or sales plans
Develop and improve inventory processes to reduce waste, shortages, and excess stock
Partner with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to resolve inventory issues quickly
Track and report key inventory metrics including turns, accuracy, and carrying costs
Lead and train inventory staff while enforcing safety and compliance standards
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, or equivalent experience
3 plus years of inventory or supply chain management experience
Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP or inventory management systems
Proven ability to improve processes in fast paced or high growth environments
Excellent communication skills and comfort working across teams
High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
