This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with responsibility across the full lifecycle of a complex technical program—from bid and development through production and sustainment.
This position plays a critical role in aligning technical execution with financial performance while serving as a key interface between internal teams and external customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a cross‑functional, multicultural Integrated Program Team (IPT) across engineering, supply chain, finance, and operations
Drive program execution through development, testing, qualification, and industrialization phases
Own program financial performance, including P&L accountability, forecasting, and risk mitigation
Manage customer relationships, contractual commitments, scope changes, and deliverables
Ensure a smooth transition from design to production, supporting manufacturability and supply‑chain readiness
Identify and proactively manage technical, schedule, and cost risks
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in program or project leadership within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or high‑technology environments
Hands‑on experience with new product development programs, including testing and validation phases
Proven success leading cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization
Strong understanding of program financials, including cost estimating, margin tracking, and revenue recognition
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills
U.S. Person status required (ITAR eligibility)
Aerospace and/or defense program experience strongly preferred
