supporting military and commercial aircraft. They’re looking to bring on a
Program Manager
who enjoys owning programs end-to-end and working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
hands‑on, high‑visibility environment
where technical understanding, customer interaction, and execution discipline all matter.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Owning program execution from kickoff through delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, and technical commitments are met
Coordinating closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
Acting as the primary customer-facing point of contact for assigned programs
Managing program schedules, budgets, risks, and change control
Tracking engineering tasks and work orders to ensure timely release to production
Supporting proposal development, cost estimates, and program planning for new opportunities
Driving continuous improvement across program execution and internal processes
What They’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
3+ years of experience in
technical program or project management
within manufacturing
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Comfortable working with engineers, customers, and leadership
Solid understanding of cost, schedule, and risk management in an engineering environment
Aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing experience is a strong plus
