Overview The Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations acts as a subject‑matter expert on HR policies, procedures and programs. You will conduct complex workplace investigations, resolve employee relations issues, and provide coaching and counseling to department heads on training, corrective action, performance improvement, terminations, investigations and employee grievances.
Responsibilities
Conduct complex workplace investigations related to harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of confidentiality, and other employee concerns.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert on HR policies, procedures and programs.
Provide support to department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues.
Offer coaching and counseling to department heads on employee training, corrective action, performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances.
Perform special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field required.
Master’s degree preferred.
At least two (2) years of HR experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months and maintain biennially.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources Professional Certification.
Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, including wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,720.00 – $95,180.80 annually. Exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection based on skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
