The menu is crafted from scratch and features many locally sourced items. The ideal candidate must be an expert at hiring and training staff, people development, managing inventory, and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory and all related systems

Manage and control costs

Train, coach, and develop hourly team members and drive sales

Lead the team to execute and deliver an extensive menu

Qualifications

4+ years of General Manager experience in upscale casual or fine dining concepts

Tenure of 2+ years

Ability to build relationships with guests and vendors

Understand a P&L and daily administration

Have a guest‑first attitude and drive the team to the same attitude
