About The Role As a Nurse Supervisor at Neighborhood, you’ll use your training, organizational skills, attention to detail, and influencing skills as you perform nursing tasks and help ensure an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
Supervises site-level customer service and medical assistant staff
Monitors site-level medical assistants and nursing staff performance
Monitors site-level schedules and coordinates flow of day
Coordinates across the site to optimize flow of the day
You will be primarily based at our Bridgeview location, 1050 Niagara St. in Buffalo, and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.

Education and Skills
Graduated from an accredited nursing school
Five years of nursing experience, minimum
Must possess a current NYS LPN license
Must have current CPR certification

Self-starter with the ability to work proactively and take initiative
Results-oriented; creative and persistent in accomplishing tasks
Solutions-driven with a systems orientation
Highly responsive, timely, accurate and thorough in follow-up and follow-through

Excellent in managing shifting priorities and timelines
Outstanding project and time-management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable using document management software
Proficiency in Adobe and database management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent judgment and discretion
What We Offer Compensation: $32.79 an hour based on a full-time, 40 hour work week.
Plus, this position offers a sign-on bonus for external hires, paid in installments throughout the employee's successful first year of employment.
