as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Remote- Spanish Speaking. We are looking for full‑time licensed therapists to join our outpatient telehealth program.

Job Description Provide outpatient services through our telehealth program as a full‑time Licensed Therapist.
Benefits
W‑2, full‑time employment
Base salary plus bonus
Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends (shift options: 9 a.m.–6 p.m., 10 a.m.–7 p.m., or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. EST)
Comprehensive benefits package: PTO, medical, dental, vision, liability insurance, and annual educational stipend
Additional compensation for bilingual (Spanish) candidates
We partner with commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare plans and see patients across the lifespan
Requirements
Master’s level degree and licensure
Eligibility to work in the United States
Home workspace that ensures privacy and HIPAA compliance
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Meet background/regulatory requirements
Skills
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
Treatment planning
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
