Job Description We are looking for full‑time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program.
Benefits
W2, full‑time
Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus
Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends. Shift options: 9am‑6pm, 10am‑7pm, or 11am‑8pm EST

Additional compensation offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish)
Partner with commercial health plans and licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider serving patients across the lifespan
Requirements
Master’s level degree and licensure
Eligibility to work in the United States
Work‑from‑home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other language proficiency a plus
Meets background and regulatory requirements
Skills
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable utilizing technology: telehealth software, video communication, internal communication tools
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Compensation Compensation Range: $80,000 – $89,000
