Position Description The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for professional accountability and development.
Responsibilities
The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plans of care.
Organizes, prioritizes and updates plans of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others.
Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment.

Requirements
Registered Nurse license
BLS
NRP preferred
At least 1 year of RN NICU experience
Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Facility BayCare Health System, Neonatal Intensive Care - NICU-MCH
Location: Mease Countryside
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45PM - 7:15AM
Shift: Shift 3 (Nights)
Weekend Work: Every Other
On Call: Yes
