It takes a special kind of person to become a nurse and we’re hoping that you’re one of those special people who would like to be a BayCare nurse. BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking experienced med surg/tele nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate staffing resource office team.
Requirements
Registered Nurse license
BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
Associate’s degree in nursing
2 years RN experience in an acute Med/Surg/Tele setting
Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred
Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts
Must be able to pass Tele test during orientation
Location BayCare Hospitals (Regions: Region 1 includes St Anthony’s, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay Hospitals. Region 3 includes Bartow Regional, South Florida Baptist and Winter Haven Hospitals.)
Shift Information Full-time, 3x12 hour shifts per week (every 3rd Saturday and Sunday, 2 Fridays in 6-week schedule). Hours: 6:45am - 7:15pm. Weekend work: every 3rd weekend. On call: No.
