Responsibilities
Assessment/re‑assessments
Development of the plan of care
Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
Provides guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
Floats to other units and may be required to be on call status
Qualifications – Required
2 years RN experience
RN (Registered Nurse) current licensure in the State of Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
Hospice and INTEGRIS Mental Health: This position requires the incumbent to operate an INTEGRIS‑owned vehicle or a personal vehicle (non‑INTEGRIS‑owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver’s License as well as a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
