Job Description INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center, Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system, has a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma City, OK. The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. May be required to float to other units and participate in on‑call status. This position requires population‑specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate for the level of patient contact.

Responsibilities
Assessment/re‑assessments
Development of the plan of care
Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
Provides guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
Physical demands: May be required to float to other units, participate in on‑call status, and may have additional physical demands or respiratory fit test requirements. Moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including potential exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Potential for bodily injury related to lifting and incidents of workplace violence. Must follow universal safety precautions.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Experience: 2 years RN experience
License/Certifications:
RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
Hospice and INTEGRIS Mental Health: Must operate a INTEGRIS‑owned vehicle or a personal vehicle (non‑INTEGRIS‑owned) and have a current Oklahoma State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
