Responsibilities
The Case Management Supervisor assists the manager with supervising and training the case management staff. Assists with monitoring the performance of staff and performing quality reviews to ensure compliance. As needed, may serve as a case manager and carry a case load of patients.

Under the direction of the manager, assists with supervising the case management staff to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Orients and trains case management staff.
Performs quality and performance improvement assessments.
Serves as a resource for case management personnel and assists with problem-solving and care planning as needed.
Assists manager with preparing for and conducting department meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Education
Bachelors degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Nursing or a related field - Required
Experience
2 Years experience in the human service or health related field – Required
1 year experience as an Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program Case Manager - Required
License & Certification
Professional License in any clinical practice a plus.
