Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lab Technician Specialist based in Greater Indianapolis. The Lab Technician Specialist will oversee and operate laboratory equipment to conduct tests, manage quality control processes, ensure product consistency, and provide technical support for product development. Daily responsibilities include performing laboratory experiments, maintaining accurate documentation of test results, troubleshooting, and analyzing samples to meet quality standards. Collaboration with team members and participation in continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in handling Laboratory Equipment and conducting Laboratory Skills with precision.
Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards.
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating test results and troubleshooting product issues effectively.
Background or experience working as a Laboratory Technician or in similar roles is essential.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of industrial adhesives and coatings or experience in manufacturing settings is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
