Spectrum Marketing is seeking a full or part time 2nd shift Bindery Operator. This position is responsible for set up and operation of finishing equipment to customer‑supplied specifications.
We Are Looking For
Folding and Cutting experience
Saddle Stitching experience
Mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Good verbal and written comprehension skills
Must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision
Other Requirements
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Ability to bend and lift continuously, performing repetitious tasks in a fast‑paced atmosphere
Fine motor skills for manipulation of raw materials, product and operation of machinery
