Registered Nurse Charge Nurse
to join our team. This is a full‑time/part‑time position with all shifts available. New graduates are welcome.
Base Pay Range $36.00/hr – $42.00/hr
Responsibilities
Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
Reinforces support and provides health‑care instructions to patients and families.
Plays a role in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and patient activities with the team.
Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to appropriate individuals.
Records observations of patient responses to nursing care on charts.
Maintains environmental conditions conducive to patient comfort and safety.
Assists with unit management and may assume charge of a unit as assigned.
