Salary: $59,640.00 - $77,630.00 with an immediate $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus for full‑time commitment.

Your Role: Clinical Leadership & Resident Advocacy As the RN, you are the clinical anchor on your unit. You will be responsible for the total well‑being of your assigned residents, serving as the critical link between patient, family, and physician.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Charge Nurse, mentoring and directing Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) staff.
Perform thorough, timely patient evaluations, recognizing subtle changes in condition and implementing immediate interventions.
Develop and implement personalized care plans focused on maximizing resident independence and recovery.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to coordinate multidisciplinary care strategies.
Safely and accurately administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Champion patient safety by adhering strictly to safety, infection control, and environmental standards.
Requirements and Qualifications Essential:
Current and unrestricted State Licensed RN license in Michigan.
Commitment to representing Optalis with integrity and upholding core values.
Strong communication and delegation skills to lead and direct CNA staff.
Proficiency with or ability to quickly master electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems.
Preferred Experience (A Strong Plus)
Prior experience (1+ year) in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
Proven knowledge and adherence to current infection control protocols and best practices.
