Qualifications
ASN or Nursing Diploma
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
Certifications and Licenses
BLS
Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Preferred
BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire
Scheduling Requirements
Part Time Day shift
Essential Functions
Provide nursing care within scope of practice and Nurse Practice Act, ensuring ethical practice according to ANA code of ethics.
Advise on safety, evidence‑based practice, and ongoing professional development.
Report safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
Maintain knowledge of the patient population served.
Supervise and delegate tasks to team members and collaborate with other providers.
Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes for improvement.
Integrate all aspects of care using the nursing process and individualize care plans.
