Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
Office Location
3200 Lake Emma Road, STE 1000, Lake Mary, FL 32746
In Office Expectation
Virtual; in‑person training sessions required.
Role Overview
The Pharmacy Customer Associate I is responsible for responding to basic customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions.
How You Will Make An Impact
Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with internal functions to resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
li>Interact with internal and external customers, including subscribers, providers, group or benefit administrators, physician offices, third‑party representatives, and other Blue Cross plans, to provide claims, customer service, and/or membership support. Complete necessary research to provide proactive, thorough solutions.
Display ownership of service requests, ensuring high‑quality resolution and follow‑through.
Support and guide customers with personal options, helping them become knowledgeable and confident about available technology and resources.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in an automated customer service environment, or equivalent education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, & Experiences
Specialty pharmacy or healthcare experience.
Call center experience.
Ability to take digital notes during member conversations.
Familiarity with electronic record management (EMR) systems.
